Shipping Process

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated shipping time is 5–7 business days, for a total delivery time of about 6–10 business days. Custom-made or print-style items require an additional 4–5 business days for production before shipping.

Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, high order volume, weather, or holidays. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please allow 3 extra business days — and if it still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@emmacouture.shop so we can investigate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed — email us at support@emmacouture.shop as soon as possible. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible, as processing or production may already have started.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match what you ordered, email us right away at support@emmacouture.shop with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review your request and arrange a resolution.
