We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including selected custom-made, personalized, and print-style items that are made specifically after an order is placed. Where an item is excluded from returns, this is stated on the product page.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@emmacouture.shop. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Emma Couture covers the return shipping. We do not charge restocking fees.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days of inspection. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, email support@emmacouture.shop with your order number and product details. Exchanges can be arranged within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed — contact us as soon as possible at support@emmacouture.shop. After 24 hours, or once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. For custom-made and print-style items, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@emmacouture.shop immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. For verified issues, we cover return shipping, and once the item is received and inspected, you'll be offered a replacement or a full refund.
